Linda Nile - Bio
.. SAG/AFTRA actor Linda Nile is originally from New York City. From the early age of 10, she was heading into Manhattan in search of her dreams. She studied voice with Maestro Carlo Menotti for 10 years and performed her one person show from the Lower West Side to the Upper East Side, including Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall. She has studied acting with Shirley Stoler and currently for the past 16 years with Salome Jens of the Actor's Studio. Linda was a member of the Whitefire Theatre Company, under the direction of Bryan Rasmussen . Linda's original short, "Needless Markup" premiered at the Whitefire March 2018. .. She starred as the lead in "Meshugeneh", the Musical at the Whitefire Theatre to a SOLD OUT audience .Linda also performed in "Married to the Mob" at the Three of Clubs Nightclub in Hollywood as part of the 2018 Fringe Festival...and has also written her first full length comedy feature, "Needless Markup" with Laura Rosas, a spoof on the retail industry. She just finished wrapping the movie Blood Tulips portraying an evil Madam in a brothel in Amsterdam(www.bloodtulips.com).. In the upcoming feature, The Charmed Life of John Weld, Linda plays the infamous Louella Parsons, and in the indie" Vampire Dad " she plays a nosy neighbor..she also co-starred on the Youtube Red show "Liza on Demand" ..Linda played one of the Leads in "My Big Gay Italian Wedding" as Angela Pinnunziato, mother of the groom to a sold out audience...Her performance in the Short and Sweet Festival landed her in the finals ! Voyage LA Magazine featured her as one of the most inspiring artisits in LA ..Linda won BEST ACTOR in a comedy at the AOF FILM FESTIVAL held in Las Vegas in 2021 amd the film she starred in Delores and Mashar won BEST SHORT FILM at the same festival! Linda starred in in the play "Mother Grace" at the Stefanie Feury Studio in Hollywood part of the 2022 Hollywood Fringe Festival. As of February 2024 she has just completed an indie film playing Tulsi Gabbard with chinese actor Bai Ling. She was just cast in another full feature entitled "Reach For The Sun" that has won over 20 film festivals and will be shooting sometime in 2025.
